I think "taming" your dad is not possible. His place/house, his rules and he calls the shots.
So if ya want to set your own rules and what not, get a place of your own. If you can't afford one yet, you just got to Suck It Up!

it's natural for a dad to be that strict (but not too much),the best thing we could do is show to them that their worries are appreciated.....and that we heed their advices as well.

dili kau ko ka relate kay ala man ko kaila sa akong dad... nagdako rako sa akong lola and aunt... my mom is in the US and she bearly speaks with me...

pero ang akong aunt grabe ka higpit nako... lifestyle nako sauna from school straight home gyud ko...

ning rebeldi ko, sigi ko kasab-an until ang ilang gikahadlokan nahitabo...

got married in an early age, without a degree... karon mahay ang akong show... hahaha... pero ox lang pinangga man pod ko sa akong husband... pero dili gyud malikayan na makamahay, if only ning listen lang ko sa mga pangaral nila karon degree holder na unta ko... ^_^
