earlz is right... PCQB bati jud ang service nila.. dli kau sila mo entertain suplado/suplada kau mga okoy didto.. mga defect raba ang baligya.. coz didto nag buy ako friend ug PC g assemble lang namo... defect ang RAM ug CDROM... then gpa-ilisan ang RAM ug CDROM .. instead ug DDR400 ang RAM DDR 333 ang ghatag...
attendant didto kai mga tanga cguro dli kbaw mo basa!


for me INSOTECH and PCX ...

i never tried ARCTECH gusto ko mo visit unta dha till now wa ghapon

So far the best service akong na try is PCHUB and Arctech.

Sa archtech maayo kaayo sila ug customer service.

Sa PCHUB maayo sad sila mga siaw ang mga technician magsige lang mo katawa unya kung naay defect ang products pangitaan dayon ug replacement.

Arctech and PCHUB keep up the good work!!!

aight this comes from someone who frequents both:

ARCtech and Insotec.
These guys make your problems THEIR problem! If you're not happy they'd feel awful. That's about the best damn service you can ask for. OTHER pc shops are too choked up on bills (probably) that they forget being nice to the customer. I tried returning several PC items to shops here and had to freakin YELL at the manager. I don't yell at ordinary people..that's useless. The manager get's 100% of my frustration. Never did i have to yell at ARCtech and Insotec.

heh, reminds me of the time nag pa warranty ko sa PCQB nga wlay claro.. maka sapot gyud sila.. to the point maka shagit gyud ka.
