    bro by default 2,3,4 is checked but now i only checked # 3 but still no response.. and i havnt noticed 3lights.

    anywhere in the world it will work...GPS works even in mid ocean...

    you dont notice the 3 small dots on the bottom right? they light up orange then green to show that your gps is connecting. and on the left side there's the 3G signal and how many kbs transfered.

    hmmm. try to restart daw the phone.
    i had this one issue when i first used 3G( checked 2,3,4) and then changed to just #3. then no response.

    this only works outdoors...
    ok do this, go out into the open (sky is visible above you)...
    run GPS data in your n95...it should be in ur apps folder...
    it should try to connect to the satalites right away...
    go to position to see coordinates etc. (wait a while to calculate)
    to monitor if you are getting satallite connection click options then satellie status...
    you should see up to 5 available satallites...when 3 of the bars are black that means its able to get a lock.
    only when coordinates show or you get a lock do you activate maps/navfone...this is sure way to get it going...
    without exiting, press menu button(or go to taskmanager) and launch maps or navfone and go from there...

    ah i see.. im in the office but i dont hav that GPS data in my apps folder yet.. tsk tsk

    use search feature in the phone... GPS data app is built in sa n95
