awh ing.ani ra ni'..tnan man jud tah mo.care.. in short, in terms sa ilang condition, wala nay libre karon nga service.. yes, mucare sila bcause mao na ilang job, but after that need jud sila ug mony, nd maytag gamay ra ang pangayo, dako rba,.. just think about this, "nganong daghan man ang mga nagkasakit karon ultimo ginagmay ra na mga sakit?" its bcause walay kwarta ipambayad coz ang sa hospital mangayo jud ug kwarta.. di man gne paulion ang pasyente kung dili pa bayad'.. thn patong pa ug mga tambal nga mahal sd.. samot.. so karon nga days, oo need jud nila ang mony, gnahan pa man gale sila nga mag.stay long ang patient para dako ang bayad'.. wala nay free service karon, ultimo payong 5 pesos ang silong'.. kana na noon health.. wa tay mahims ana, ky not only sa government ang corrupt, pati sa health dept. na2 naa..

sa pag eskoyla og nursing.. it would cost you around 500T, tuition plng na.. dili pud na lalim..
dili ka magsilbi as nurse if kwarta ray imong huna-hunaon.. mao ni kasagaran ka hagbongan or mo shift ang uban... in one way or another.. you really have to care in the end. That's where the fulfillment comes in together with your passion to help. kung naa ra ka sa pinas, sweldoan kag 6-8K a month. now, tell me it's all about money! LOLL.. pero dghan man gihapon mo sugakod.. mao nay essence sa nightingale pledge.

ngari sa america.. dili sab lalim, grabe ang discrimination., labi na if mag post professional nka.. mga phd, crna.. ma question jud imong race. but we have to live with the crap. after all, we worked hard for it. and the best of it all IMO, its a good foundation sa among future family... ang achievements.. work ethic.. the genes, upgraded! ma carry over baya na sa next generation. hahaha

in my opinion lng ha. "tanan" nursing kai for the money na especially sa pilipinas. but f sa other countries ka nag nursing kai care jud na. opinion rani nako ha. naa moy nyung opinion.

yuhh mao sad.. but sad to say lang jud nga daghan ang mga naglisod parte sa health karon.. samot na sa hospital... lisod jud dere ang status sa health.. bayad jud ka para maayo dayon.. mao nga mo.after jud sila sa mony, lisod sad jud part sa nursing ky the way sa ilang pag.skwela, silbi, pamawi na lang.. but sa kani nga situation, di jud na2 ma blame ang sa mga nurses nd "some" doctors why nag.after sila ug mony, ang dapat mabasol ang systema ra man jud sa goberno'..dapat jud focus sa health,.

i also dont believe that all nurses in US are well paid...labi na karon na recession na! gi abusahan man gihapon sa uban facility. eg. wa na sila kaau nag hire ug PCA/PCTs (help), critical staffing pay sa uban apil on call pay ky gi tang2x, and double pay sa una ky time & half nalang. human ani tnan puro dungag responsibilidad sa imo shoulders bastos pa ang mga pamilya and patients (cultural inclination) and most of all dali kau ka makiha!

ug wa lay pamilya huna-hunaon, kalami ra sa pinas mag nurse ky kaya pa mag night out after duty ba! though financially, wa lang pod ka BUT emotionally mas happy ug may dignidad imo pagka nurse ky respetado ka sa patient and family. UNLIKE here...mura ta maid!
