Most stick fighting style naa man. Nindot sad ang sa balintawak, naay stick and knife ug single knife. Wala pa ko kita ug double knife fighting sa balintawak so not sure naa ba.

Yes,,,Balintawak Style of Arnis or eskrima is one of the oldest martial art in cebu, Philppines,, Started by Anciong Bacon, as of now so much arnis in streets,,,

Master late Pol. Maj. Timoteo Maranga Sr. was one of the three pilars of Anciong Bacon, Maranga is one of the Legendary arnis Master in Pasil, now passed to his Son Rodrigo Maranga in Duljo,,,, the place its self are the breading ground of Notorious peps, hehehe. Maranga's art b4 was Tres Personas Eskrima de Combate,,, now by Drigo became CEM Combat Eskrima Maranga martial art.....Home

Even though tres personas was also a cult created by maranga... maybe that was the reason why the name was changed... maranga's style was one of the most effecient and street effective techniques.

There is also a Balintawak Training in Basak Mandaue near Goodall Milling. The name is TEOVELS BALINTAWAK SELF-DEFENCE CLUB.

There practice session is from Friday and Saturday only from 8:00pm to 9:30pm.. Those hu are interested call this number 422-2018 for further information...
