i rma'd my tp-link super-G router there in nra due to chipset problem. they informed me that they shall check the router first for assurance and contact me right away for feedback. its already almost 2 months but no one contacted for feedback. when i followed up, because never they call me back, the unit was still there in the store and wasnt checked thoroughly to determine the problem.
its already almost 2 months the unit is not replaced and worst thing its kept only there in the store where seems no one bother to check it thoroughly or coordinated with me to trace the problem. luckily, "one" of their personnel there helped out to give me a service unit for the fault they have done. and this service unit came from their jones branch.
thanks to this man, i can use my other connection now here, along with my purpose, but ill be waiting for my tp-link super-g back and replaced w/ good one.
