I know some commercial charcoal, oil and pastel painters teach for a fee. I think one such painter at the topmost floor of the new White Gold store at NRP is still in business and he teaches for a fee. He can adjust to some degree with your availability, unlike others that set a fixed time.

Most of his students I saw where fifteen below, though. Plus, he also teaches pen and ink techniques.

@gLiTTeRz: Please bring your sketchpad and Mongol 2 (one of the best pencils for drawing comics!). Er, don't mind our delusions of having good looks. Haven't you noticed that most if not all super beings have good looks? That's the 2nd sign of comic book artists - they want to look handsome or beautiful but since we can't afford plastic surgery, we just draw our alter-egos and our "dream" babes. Of course, the #1 sign is that we're ***-starved maniacs who can't stop staring at women's, er, mammary glands (from an artistic point of view). If you still want to join us after this revelation, then you must have an iron stomach, otherwise you might be disgorging the bottomless ice tea at Bigby's in no time. But don't worry, some of us really have good looks like Santini, john_amor (our certified chick-magnet) and of course zerk, that is if you're the type who's into sumo wrestlers.

unfortunately, those things i mentioned are eBooks and i am not allowed to post them publicly.. i can PM them to you though.. i'll just have to upload them. it's going to take a while though.. a few days tops.

Well, I am far older than him and I like to call him that, besides Johnny Boy, John Mad (from Joe Mad), BB Joe (stands for Beast Boy, not the BB gun), Beasty Boy (kid likes music too), Johnny Joe, Johnny Beast (like Johnny Quest), John Joe (sounds like John Doe), Killian (when he still digging that Fathom chick ), Icelander, Ice Age Joe, Johnny Ice, Ice Barbarian, Ice Conan, Ice Kazar and many others, bwahaha.
