mga bro ug sis nahan unta ko makasud sa convergys or sa xlibris or sa bisag asa na callcenter company na maau musweldo...kanag worth pud sa atong agi ba. nursing undergrad ko b4 ug nagshift ko medical transcription but then wa ko kahuman kay naglisod nah...financial probs...saonz. pls help me mga bro ug sis.... if you are TSR 5 in etel you will earn 15K to 16K every 15 days. day shift na much bigger if night

To get this TSR 5 post, take in consideration that you have to be in the company for around 3 years.

sa sykes, depende sa account ang avail time, pero baba basic, most of us work at night, mas gusto ko pa na dami call at taas sweldo, night din naman, same ang pagod

I think Etel has the best incentive or compensation package for an agent position since they have 5 levels (TSR 1-5)...

TSR 1 - 15T(basic) + 3T(allowance) = Php 18T
TSR 2 - 19T(basic) + 3T(allowance) = Php 22T
TSR 3 - 23T(basic) + 3T(allowance) = 26T
TSR 4 - 26T(basic) + 3T(allowance) = 29T
TSR 5 - 30T(basic) + 3T(allowance) = 33T

mao ni ingon sa akong migo who's working for Etel....sa agent pa lang ni ha!

mao na ni ila bag-ong rate karon? 13T man gud ang basic sa ila TSR1 before + 3T allowance so 15T ray makuha sa TSR 1
