Sayo pa kaayo para taper boss. Ang uban 1week lang tapering period ang uban 2weeks, depende sa recovery period na imo naandan. Usually 3weeks prior sa marathon imo peak sa training including the longest training run. Pero depende ra sad gyud na sa training plan na gisunod nimo. Basta ang importante dili lang ka maburn.out sa imo dagan.
