naa jud untay study og research na himuon, which of the two scenarios cause more problems, pero sa akong lang pud tan-aw, many countries na ni prosper far beyond us, have great minds na nakadecide to have this kind of law sa ilang country.
does it mean na they are not wise enough for having such law?
most hold on to the thought that they are still married just for the heck of honoring their vows
w/o even assessing their current situation like the case where misunderstanding, distrust to one another
and routine squabbles which is unhealthy and stressful esp an offspring or children are exposed or growing to such negatively tumultuous situation
Traditionally most want to live in such matrimonial mirage and the vows of "for better and worst" is being distorted
esp the "worst" part...meaning how further worst do we have to wait..when one is badly hurt or dead?

society and norms pushes the issue na stick together jud bahala na, inig dako sa ilang mga anak.. modako na sagbot sa katilingban, nganong ang parents ang i blame, na in the 1st place ang "norms og society" ang ga push.
Naa man jud disadvantages on both sides regarding on this issue...... Ang uban couples kay luoy pud ba nga wala na bitaw chance nga mag uli, but are still stuck with being married.... dugay kaayo ang process sa annulment, but i'm not sure with the legal separation..... If dili sila amenable with the divorce bill, then might as well revise the provisions on annulment.......
if ma legal nana ang divorce, basin wa nay ayo ang kasagarang ka minyu-on puhon kay magsalig naman. tsk3. BATI.
No to Divorce
Mark 10:1-9
1 And he left there and went to the region of Judea and beyond the Jordan, and crowds gathered to him again; and again, as his custom was, he taught them.
2 And Pharisees came up and in order to test him asked, "Is it lawful for a man to divorce his wife?"
3 He answered them, "What did Moses command you?"
4 They said, "Moses allowed a man to write a certificate of divorce, and to put her away."
5 But Jesus said to them, "For your hardness of heart he wrote you this commandment.
6 But from the beginning of creation, 'God made them male and female.'
7 'For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife,
8 and the two shall become one flesh.' So they are no longer two but one flesh.
9 What therefore God has joined together, let not man put asunder."
