if you do moderator evaluation,
you should do it discreetly.

im a manager.
when i evaluate my workers, i dont do it in the open.
i talk to them one on one.

the best thing to do is suggest to forumers to pm their evaluation.
at least thats how i would do it to be effective in those evaluation.

who would evaluate openly and honestly ?
knowing that the moderators have the power to ban them as they wish.

Regarding sa gi sulti ni SOUL DOCTOR , that is correct in a corporate manner but we have to consider also and much more realize that we are in a medium . I dont even know personally or met the other moderators myself .

The only reason why I started this ( as an UNOFFICIAL ) is to hear out the regular members opinions and statements regarding the LEADERSHIP of the MODERATORS here as long as naa lang sa boundaries of the rules and regulations . Example ani kay :

SI SPRINGY DILI ANGAY MANGHULGA - sakto ni but you have to based it also why nakasulti mo ana .

Ana ra jud ka simple and if HADLOK mo mo EVALUATE , I suggest ayaw mo kahadlok . Ini the first place mailhan man nako ang nag surambaw lang ug tinarong . Kung tan-aw ninyo seryoso mo sa gi sulti ninyo mapa negative or positive na siya , wala mo angay ikahadlok for 2 things .

- WALAY MAWALA NINYO KAY WALA MI KAILA NINYO

- ANG MGA ADMINISTATORS ANG INYOHANG INUSRANCE KUNG TAN-AW NINYO GI HARASS MO NAMO MGA MODERATORS KAY GA DUMOT MI .

I have seen healthy and honest evaluations already , I hope ubang mods pod ma evaluate ninyo , thank you .

sa pag police namo mga ordinary members naa mo pero unsaon man sad ninyo pag police sa inyohang mga kaugalingon?..sure na ba jd na dli mo parehas sa mga ordinary users na masayop?..kai diha naman mugawas ang mod vs. ordinary user..knowing na wlai nag police pd sa mga mods unsaon nman lang na ron?..and kasagaran mo gawas man dayon nang misconception na bsta makakontra kag mod..no matter how right you are pildi jd ka kai mod man imong kontra and ikaw ordinaryong tao rman ka but im pretty sure sa mga karaang members dri wla jd na sa ilahang hunahuna pero para sa mga bag-o pa cguro naai possibility na ma entertain na nga idea..in my opinion dapat mawala unta ni na misconception..

cguro if naai proper rules dri makita..makaingon ang mod na..nahimo naman nako ang mga appropriate steps according to the rules tan-awa sa imong inbox naa nkoi 3 ka warning nmo (example lang ni) so don't tell me nga wla koi batasan nga gipapas/balhin nko imong thread..at least naai unified na basihanan ba..

that's just my opinion..cguro naa nai rules para ana so im sorry if wla ko na aware because i have never read the entire rules dri sa istorya gamay ra cguro pero sa cge nakog post dri nakat-onan pd nko ang mga rules though not tanan pero enough for me to avoid getting banned, muted, or incur infractions.
