If you campaign against them, well I'm so sorry this definitely does not work for people like me who check results before judging a politician. Majority of Cebuano voters are smart, lets wait for the elections results. Its a guaranteed Landslide......

another thing regarding surplus: can you consider it as something a compliment or an accomplishment if you know you have that huge amount of surplus but still you see a lot of supposedly priority projects unaddressed?try going to the different municipalities and you will discover what i am referring to...i dont think its a manifestation of good governance...just a refresher, what has the CICC contributed to the life of Cebuanos?

2 Billion? Really? Where The Garcia's/Capitol cannot provide proof that they have this amount but just make excuses because they simply are lying.

If they want to shut-up their critics and put a + in their election ratings, they could have produced material evidence in the first place but they didn't, won't and can't.
