take a walk at least 30 minutes a day it will eventually shrink the size of your belly.
if di najud mada, liposuction nlng jud.. but diet, proper training, and exercise helps a lot..
dont eat to much rice, nya no no sa softdrinks, most of all exercise... nya inig kahuman ug kaon, ayaw lang pud paglinkod, lakaw lakaw sa....

sit ups pud ako. kana tarung jud pagka.execute & dli dali2x pra igo jud ang mga muscles.

whew! detox sis...grabe lost 2 pounds by detoxing...
flushing out toxins really helps and of course start eating healthy.
mag cardio then sit ups...you really have to be diligent in doing so.
