OT: wa ko kasabot ani nga thread. kung wa moy least fave mod, then better di mag post, right? kay kung mag read ko ba, puros ra "i don't have a least fave mod" and people seem to love everybody. if that's the case, then this thread wouldn't have existed in the first place. i guess the purpose of this thread is for you to objectively state your point of view so moderators can see how they're doing in the eyes of the posters and do something about it (if they choose to).

maybe we could also post some instances in which we feel offended by something a mod did. sometimes man gud, moderators can be misinterpreted or maybe, this can be an avenue for us to make them aware of things nga basin sa ilaha wala ra jud na. posters are important, they are the blood source of istorya.net but equally important are the moderators for they are the doctors of this forum. let's do our share and make this more objective.

OT@bata potterboy: yes tawn ta, di man gud cya makighalubilo here sa gen chitchat. in other words, i'd appreciate it if he's here. but that doesn't make him less of a good moderator. di lang jud nako cya paborito. mishu pud ta.

How about Favorite Moderators and SiteKeepers? Why focus on the negatives when you can accentuate on the positives of these people in charge of this place so that they'll do a much better job if you praise them rather than pinpoint their imperfections. That's how you bring out the best in people.

Here's an observation from me ---- Glassmoon is very professional in being a Moderator. I'm sure the rest are wonderful too. And i hope your responsibilities as that will not be abused and see everyone the way they are meaning, before mo mag warn ug tao, analyze first how that person might be feeling kaha. Sometimes we post basing on what we feel at that moment. It might be different the next. I hope nobody abuses that power. My observation on this site, overall its pretty good. Everyone is good and just seems to be enjoying their own kind of fun as it reflects on the way they post. A lot of happy posters but it makes me sad when i see someone get warned for just even expressing themselves or their opinion on issues. Just because it does not agree with yours does not mean to say you have to warn the person. If they feel strongly about some issues then that is their stand or rebuttal. It doesn't have to agree with yours to the point nga kainitan ninyo ang tao just because....imagine how that will make a person feel instead of encouraging them to participate and have fun with discussions naturally it can't be avoided they'll feel bad inside and they might not want to post. So Mods and Site Keepers please go easy on those warnings for posters. If you want to shine, please do it a nicer way and be more compassionate.
