Ganahan ko sa new traffic lights sa mandaue with counter/timer.
Don't know lang kaha kung dawn na. Hassle cguro jud ug huwat.

nindot lang ang appearance pero ang system sa traffic light sayup. dapat per volume unta depende sa sakyanan nga mangagi.
just like ang usa ka lane GO signal pero way sakyanan nangagi then nag count siya og 145sec.

most of them goes off at 12am... i think sa highway jollibee ra ang wala.. traffic signalling mostly has 5 different signaling stages that automatically adjust on scheduled time... peak, sem-peak, off peak, semi off peak and the last one is the blinking caution that starts at 12 am...

@dongzkie asa ni imo pasabot kay ato ipaabot sa Traffic Office... for highway seno near mercury, it was adjusted such that in the morning, going to cebu city from flyover takes longer time and in the afternoon, going to north takes longer time. but until now frequent adjustments are still made depending on their monitoring.

there was an adjustment made in the traffic timing at parkmall last monday. motorists that pass by parkmall from cebu city would feel a little difference compared to previous settings. that is because we are controlling the vehicles that would pass by mandaue sports complex. if you observe, plaridel street only has two lanes and ouano ave (parkmall, snr) has four. its a funnel... right now adjustments were made at parkmall but later snr also...

diha sa may buwangan bossing. Dapat naa unta nay sensor, kung wala nay mangagi nga sakyanan within 10 or 20sec dapat mo STOP signal na siya aron maka GO signal na pikas lane, ingon ana unta.

it is also obvious that Hernan cortes street cor as fortuna has problem on traffic.. this was because previously (manual operation pa), there were only two phases (straight hernan and straight ac cortes). mangita rag lugar ang mga motorist para left turn. but now, the cycle time increased because of the introduction of left turns so it became 4 thereby increasing the cycle time... now, MC is planning to revert back to two cycles but this is an on-going debate kay daghan motorist moreklamo nga dili na sila ka left turn.

btw... atong sensor sa may buwangan wala pa nag.function... only cameras and traffic lights... that's exactly the purpose of our sensors... but ato lng gihapon ipacheck kay that's an indication of wrong timing schedules if wala lay abnormal occurences...

ive seen this changes, nindut na traffic flow sa a.s fortuna since naa nani unlike before mahadlok kag labang ky walai au ang trafic lyts. unta mag cge pa improve ang mandaue police visibility nlg ang wala na improve..
