if you do moderator evaluation,
you should do it discreetly.

im a manager.
when i evaluate my workers, i dont do it in the open.
i talk to them one on one.

the best thing to do is suggest to forumers to pm their evaluation.
at least thats how i would do it to be effective in those evaluation.

who would evaluate openly and honestly ?
knowing that the moderators have the power to ban them as they wish.

I know I did...
may I know what's being honest to you?

to those who keep pushing that the mods are abusing you, can you give just a little evidence like screen shots or something? for others to evaluate and know who's telling the truth?

No, I was just merely asking a question.

and even if he's the president of the Philippines, in here is still just a member just like me.

and I should be the one asking him about his balls calling me a dishonest man in behalf of the posters here who was honest.

mai unta mo post pud ang mod nga nag close ug nganung iyang ge close. para maka hibalo tas sayop naunsa ug nganu nga why na close to nga threads... ug kinsa atong eh pm if gusto tah ipa open napud balik....

it's criticizing the way they close threads. so yeah... I'm included in the dishonest generalization theory. I was just implying that his perception about people are highly subjective.

what i like most of this was the idea of evaluating mods...who has the right and who are qualified diba. thats nice. coz there are mods that are just brutal and they think they have you in their palm of their hands... much better to eval mods so for the others that are deserving they have to be recognized and the rest should be stripped of their capabilities that they use to abuse and harass others.
i diss those mods that are too way above their heads. Its just showing what kind of person they are.
my suggestion also if there are members that needs to have infraction we have to request and deliberate before giving an infraction. There should be a consulting body to decide and for the member also to defend his or her side.
lastly, arguments should not be posted anywhere in the site. kai murag nagpakita ra nga na hugaw na ang site nato. also, that makes them earn points and be a senior or CIA *lol. so we have to have this section to discuss,argue and debate things...hindi kung saan saan lang. hope they should receive 3 warnings posting arguments everywhere on the site and giving infraction after the 3rd offense (both of them)
so i guess this would make istoryans disciplined nga dile lang mag pataka lalis bisan asa.ma hugaw na nuon ato site because of those arguments lang...
