no. we use pin brush, rat tail comb and metal comb. pin brush for primary brushing. use the metal comb for the hair in the face and ear hair. use the rat tail for finishing like clipping the head crown or doing the shih tzu bow. rat tail also in splitting evenly the back hair.



on the image above, pin brush is the one in the left most. metal comb on the far end right. these two are very common on almost any pet shop supply. choose lang ang pin brush na dili dali ma tang tang ang tip. kon pwede gani kanang pin brush na ang pin head tip is connected na sa brush bristle. kay mas mag create ug tangles kon mahabilin ang pin head tip while brushing.

avoid brush that are not pin head tip, kay sakit na sa skin.

ang metal rat tail ra gyud ang lisod pangitaon. kon wala gyud ka makitan, hard plastic na rat tail will do.

legally dili pwede. pero naa uban taw nga raket kay ing-ana. bisan walay pcci kay baligyaan ka or maka palit ka ug pcci.

requirement is BOTH parents should have pcci registration.
kon unsaon ang mga modus para maka kuha papers, na mention na nako in this thread some ways how.

pero kon kuhaan nimo ang imong dog ug pcci even though wala gyud siya pcci or not qualified; tabla imo ra gi tikas imo kaugalingon ana.

i agree with that, what matters most is that youre happy with your dog and your dog is happy with you. even if your dog experiences the thrill to be in the show ring OR not.

advantage with pcci registration is that you can join on dog shows if your dog is potential show winner.

-second is that its an added assurance that your dog is pure(though pwede naa fake pcci regs).

-third is that you can see the pedigree till 5th generation(assuming that dili fake ang pcci).

- fourth is that from a very early age; red marks and green marks matters hence its an added assurance that your puppy came from a champion bloodline; thus gives a potential that it may come out as a show winner.

- you have legal ownership over the dog since its a document to prove that dog is registered under your name and ownership. samot na naa tattoo ang imo dog.

mao nang nindot. naa kcci dog show karong march 7 and 8 2009. thats saturday and sunday. 4 events, 4 shows. meaning 4 major points will be awarded by 4 different judges. 3pm til night for two days. sa sm v-hire terminal ang venue. probably thats a good start to actually see dogs that conforms to breed standards. maayo unta naa shih tzu entries.
