cause i was kinda getting this vibe from OotP of all the races fighting, the GIANTS and the werewolves siding with Voldemort.

I was even thrilled to have read Fenrir's name in book 7....only to become a pointless character.

--Ron and Harry revolutionized the Auror department.
--Hermione is the head of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement.
--Minerva McGonagall retired shortly after Voldy's defeat.
--The new Headmaster is someone who is not already in the series.

In addition, Mr. Weasly was supposed to have died in Book 5, but she changed her mind.

well, quoted from JK herself way back before when she was still writing the last installment (http://www.the-leaky-cauldron.org).. she said that she was dying to finish the book. i guess, from my impression that she was sick and tired of it, just wanted to end it right away that she missed a lot of points and had so many loopholes.. like fenrir vs lupin.. oh well, its like that and thats it.. nothing we can do about it..

ok, so Hermione did a memory charm on her parents...

thgen pages later she is asked "do you know how to do a memory charm?"
"no, but I know the theory" *casts memory cahrm on Death eater

then there's that underage magic thing, if she did it on her parants, naa pa untay trace ni hermione,

i can't believe the editor missed out on that one

and on book 6, we have this setup for NON VERBAL Spells, nowhere in Book 7 did anyone emphasize on that, he was like Aveda Kevadring Verbally all the people the encountered.

i think non verbal spells are for those really really powerful wizards like dumbledore. i dont remember reading anyone else doing that
