I can only recommend good suppliers\vendor based from my experience. How about Celebrations Specialist in ayala? They've coordinated a lot of big people here in Cebu.

It depends on the quality of wedding you want to have and your number of guests.

For 100 guests, nindot na ang 80k - 100k. Pwede na ka maggarden reception sa Chateau de Busay or Cafe Orchidia.

But, if you can increase it to 120k - 150k for 100 guests, then you can splurge on the food and go for Alta Vista or Casino Espanol or a beach venue in Mactan.
