hi guys..ako cvg ko run ts account..before people support ts account ghapun.
so far,mas ganahan ghapun ko sa people support. benefits,culture,salary wise.
mas dako man unta ako basic sa cvg noh pero mas dako pa ako madawat sauna sa people support kaysa akong pay karun. then bati sad ila scheduling sa shifts,kay mag depend sa band nga ihatag sa imo team.so bisag performing agent paka,di ka kapili sa imo gusto jud nga schedule,kung dili na mao gusto sa imo ka team. then ila sad payslip,delayed sad. maglisud kag dispute. although pwede ka ka view imo payslip online,last time i checked, delayed ghapun,wa ghapuy gamit.

karun sa ts nga account sa cvg,wala silay incentives program.ingun sila kay tungod daw bag o pa.pero I doubt it if naa, kay technical man gud, dili income generating unlike sales.
