will it be the information officer who interpellates or be interpellated when a lawmaker lobbies to file his/her bill? is it the job of the information officer to ask questions, lets say, in a committee hearing where a congressman is a member of?

You said media interviews...jeez...as if congress is all about media projection...

As to interpellations, the guy was a city councilor, then became presiding officer of the city council before getting elected as mayor...he is no stranger to these things...

what would arturo radaza be doing in congress when he cannot even grant media interviews and answer issues himself? there might seem to be a curse in lapu-lapu. after the mayor completed his three terms, he will die. and his wife will never succeed the mayorship. hehe (read: weigel, patalinghug)

btw, paz radaza was supposed to be at Leo Lastimosa's radio program yesterday but efrain pelaez was there man so paz chickened out.

Another would be expert who has no grasp whatsoever of Lapu-Lapu City's history. Max Patalingjug was mayor for more than just three terms buddy.

Back on topic: Radaza and his family are like parasites, they suck the blood of Lapu-Lapu residents and the only solution is to throw them all out of office. The only good he has done in office, is to secure the future of his own family, including that of his talentless, foul-mouthed wife (who reportedly steals money from girl scouts) and his legion of uneducated hangers-by and mini Kamaganak-Inc relatives who need more Radazas in power to feed them corruption money. They have become addicted to the lifestyle that his abuses in office sustain, and cannot imagine what life would be like without a Radaza in power.

I agree this thread should be about either RADAZA or PELAEZ politicians running for office. It should not be a pissing contest or a kindergarten name-calling contest. Let's stick to making points and counterpoints about Radaza and/or Pelaez. For example, if I say the Radazas are a bunch of corrupt parasites a counter response should be why he is not corrupt or list his achievements.

The Radazas are a respected family in Opon. They are not declared convicts like what some people portray them to be; there is no court judgement or resolution that establishes this fact. This is why they have been voted into office repeatedly by city residents. If the Radazas are really bad, how come they have won election after election in Opon? About the girl scouts, this is exactly why you tagged the word "reportedly" because this is unproven and speculative malice. And just because the Radazas are popular in Opon doesn't mean that their followers are uneducated...you cannot prove that which is untrue. Addicted to the lifestyle, etc....the Radazas do not live opulent lives...they live amongst Oponganons just like other ordinary residents...you see them buying fish in the public market or playing sports at the city's public sports complex or singing in chorus with the local choir at church on Sundays. Their young do not marry into buena familia types of alta sosyedad, they do not even go to exclusive private schools in Manila...this is why people in Opon identify with them by supporting them unfailingly at the polls. The Radazas do not rub elbows with the rich homeowners of Ma. Luisa Village or toast expensive wines with the creme de la creme of high society...certainly, they do not act like parasitic landlords who live off on the blood and tears of underpaid laborers...

Not all people in Maria Luisa are decent...and not all poor people are bad. That's not communism..its common sense...
