there's no hope on talking to joma and company in netherlands they should have not been release or pardoned by PRES.Cory in the first place they will and will always back stub any sitting democratic government of the GRP .. but maybe theres hope in localize peace deal or peace deal with local npa commanders... the government is right in imposing its authority and crushing any armed rebels and bring development and economic aid to the local communities these will bring the npas to the government side..

Here is another news, the gov't had asked the International Ceasefire Monitoring team (Malaysia-led International Monitoring Committee) in Mondanao to serve the arrest warrants on two commanders of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front who are believed to be behind the June 23 roadside bombing in Cotabato City that killed several relatives of Maguindanao Gov. Andal Ampatuan. Reports said that they are doing this strategy to avoid any untoward incident that may occur to interrupt the peace negotiations between the government and the MILF to resolve the fighting in Maguindanao.

Buti nalang talaga magaling mag isip ng mga solusyon ang gobyerno natin....
OT it's not in cotabato city were the bombing occured that killed the nephew of the governor but in maguindanao province im not sure were sharif aguak or ..never mind but not in cotabato city for sure...

Governor Ampatuan and the MILFs have long history of disputes (a classical case of a local datu cheiftain versus an rebel organization) which was agravated when GOV. ANdal favorite son mayor SAUdi ampatuan was killed by a bomb ...
that's when ANDAl's patience run out and apply the principle of RIDO or clan wars revenge killing usually directed to the blood lines, supporters of the perpetrators in this case the MILF members in his area some have news rumors the governor personally bring and use a chain saw in revenging his son's death who killed his favorite son which of course the MILF denies....

And now the MILF seems on a try out killing his nephew instead and now whats the latest news houses burning, guns and violence, the MILF 105 commader's wife was killed by an unidentified assasin in cotabato city..and so on... the MILF knew by killing the GOV nephew there will be terrible RIDO again and the rules are like what we saw in TV news in afghanistan or in a tribal warfare movie a savage one no geneva conventions no peace rally or crap like that, this is how they settle disputes a tribal diplomacy u may call it

I believe the answer is no. I mean, who are this communist's kidding? They're teaching a dead ideology. Communism is a thing of the past. Look at the great USSR and most of the communist countries in the world, they've all fallen. I believe that all political ideologies have good intentions but all good things don't last because of greed, power-hungry individuals.

naahhh, its very obvious, big government army vs small liberal army? philippine army can bombared them in one swept but how come they wont and pretending that its not easy, and they cant? is philippine island too big for them not to find these enemies? do liberal armies have tanks, fighting planes, choppers, and some battle ships to overpower philippine army?lol, its a big NONE. havent noticed that when US offered to help but our big fishes didnt accept the offer? because the wargame shall be stopped right away if US shall interferre due to only few missiles can paralyze these liberal men, so wargame stopped = no more money. obviously its a game from their leaders and way of making money. you know, war = money. i just feel pitty to those who got injured and died. there are just like play toys for the real wargame.

The MILF and the military-backed civilian volunteers’s organization in Maguindanao have signed a declaration of ceasefire Tuesday, ending two weeks of fierce fighting.

The truce was endorsed by the Armed Forces, the Department of National Defense, the Malaysian-led international team of foreign observers to the peace talks, and Maguindanao Gov. Andal Ampatuan. They said that it is a good development and those who fled their homes can now return to their villages and that the government and non-government organizations will now concentrate “without fear of getting caught in crossfire” on the delivery of relief and medical goods to the civilians who were displaced by the fierce fighting...
