I was assisting some new agents at 14th flr this morning around 5am-9am philippine time,,,,
and i was so shock coz there are a lot of hands in the air.. and the supervisors don't know what to do.. me and my colleagues are laughing because it was so funny that some of the new agents are asking some assistant in every move they make.. just a simple issue and all they do is to follow the flow still they will ask you "am i going to press next? or should i continue".. i ask one of the agent if they are still a nesting agent and they said they are already in production...
im not trying to brag about our abilities but it was so shocking that they are already in production and still they don't know what to do..
when we were still on the 2day of our call we haven't got to the production yet we are already confident and knows to handle some issues...

to all the incoming agents of Q... i wish all the best and god bless...
be confident guys.. don't be scared.. take all the risk...and im sure you will love the things you've done as much as we did...

im not complaining and all but pls do consider that this generation only had 1day experience in taking calls....and in that 1 day we only have 2 hours of calls....we had a webcsr problem and it wasnt solve by the management for the entire nesting period...so thats why most of the newly endorsed agents are raising there hands like crazy...

ay sayang naa man ko sa 8pm to 4 am miss...dli ko ka ask ug assistance from you...hehehe

but thank you for all the regular employees who gave their patience in assisting us...i know we can get irritating sometimes...hehehe

hehehehe...aw same ra d.i ta ug sched..but after sa amo shift ky mo.adto mn mi sa amo previous QA who are now sups... mag.pa tabang sila.. so kami ang mo.floor walk mg.assist mi sa mga new agents..
but ok ra ky lingaw mn sd...

mga pre, naa ko exam this coming friday, wala na lagi ko niagi og initial interview? or after lang kaha sa exam noh? lisod kaha na? unya ok raba ang qualfon? lami unta it department ba.. maayo unta ga hiring sila..

mao gyud ni ang usa sa mga major problems sa mga dli ka pasar sa initial interview ug i think mao pud ni ang maka cause nganu mag pakli2x nata ug iningles kay kulbaan nata....
