    Just think of all those sugars and carbs your' putting into your body.

    In a can of coke which is approx 12 oz you have approx 10tspns of sugar or 40gms of sugar plus you get 36gms of carbs

    In a 20oz bottle you will get 15tspns of sugar

    And, regular soda such as coke is also high in refined carb sugars and high on the Glycemic Index, which means it causes a rapid rise in blood-glucose levels, leading to excessive insulin production and a sudden drop in blood sugar. Also, soda can lead to osteoporosis, especially in women

    The worst thing about coke is that instead of ordinary sugar they use Corn syrup (HFCS) as it is cheaper. The body processes the fructose in high fructose corn syrup differently than it does old-fashioned cane or beet sugar. It also forces the liver to kick more fat out into the bloodstream.

    The end result is that our bodies are essentially tricked into wanting to eat more and at the same time, we are storing more fat.

    So avoid the coke or any other soda. Get some cool water and squeeze a lemon or a lime into it. Or if you can get hold of it for training use Beta Alanine which can help, in some cases to increase endurance and help in recovery. This will help in your calorie burning and weight loss workouts!!!!

    yea coke is bad mkay
    i used to see this guy waiting at the bus station and he'd drink from a 1litre bottle of coke. he used to be skinny now he's 3 times his size. scary....

    i drink water with a wedge of lemon in it coz it slows down sugar absorbtion....or so i heard...tastes nice tho

    making a glass of juice in the morning really does wonders i blend fruits (banana, pineapple, cranberry juice) every morning for breakfast. makabusog kaayo. :mrgreen:

    kahibaw ka mam.. naai uban na hardcore gud.. they prepare their meal for the week.. some a day before.. para dili na hassle diritcho2x na eat.. maybe you can try that.. i think it's worth trying diay..

    Hardwork+Dedication+patience+prayers

    hahaha. Charr, but it worked for me.

    What I did was gradual/ anam anam na changes sa ako lifestyle. Haron dili ko ma overwhelmed sa kadaghan na dapat dayun nako e change.

    So for the first three months what I did was I took out rice sa akong lunch. Instead nagskyflakes rako with any viand that I would want. All the rest nag rice meals gihapon ko, only difference is di na jud nako palapasun ug one cup of rice. Then during this months nagsugu nako ug pasingot. Not in the gym or by the use of any machine. Hagdanan ra ug baby dumbels. 5 times a week ang excercise, mga 30-35 mins. I took lots of water. When I say lots, i mean it. Then since hilig kaayu ko ug parat nihunong ko ug gamit sawsawan.

    sa 4th to 6th month ako ki addan ang akong kipambuhat

    Diri nako kisugdan ang no dinner after 6:00 pm. Then dili na pud rice ako kikaon for dinner. Viand and one piece of whole wheat bread ra. Ako na pud ki minimize ang pagkaon ug junk food. It also helped me to be aware kung pila ka calories and akong kipangkaon. Sounds weird pero ni work for me kay ma compute na nako akong kipangkaon.

    Sa kani nga periods, nagkaon gihapon ko ug rice, pero for breakfast lang. since whole day man nimo magamit ang calories from breakfast. Naa sad ko snacks in between meals.

    I Did this along with the other routines that I did for 3 months.

    The result. Well I lost about 6 inches off my waste.

    Know that mag 9 months nako sa akong new lifestyle im already a size 3 from size size 6. what a difference. tanang tao na nakakita nako di jud motoo nga wala ko nigamit anang slimming pills.

    If you feel like kikapoy na sige nalang kag watch sa imong kikaon, then give yourself a treat. Most would be 3 days na you can eat what u missed. Pero ayaw lang pud grabe kaayu. hehehe

    Ayaw pagdali to see the results cause if ing ana ang imong thinking dali ra ka panghinaan ug loob na murag wlay avail ang imong efforts.

    It took about 4 months before the people noticed na nisugud nako ug gamay. So if you feel like you're doing your diet forever ayaw kabalaka mo effect ra jud na. Discipline is the key. hehehe

    Take advantage of the Net,daghan ka mabasa na articles and naa pa jud tools na makadetermine unsa ang sakto na calorie intake for your type of lifestyle. Pila ang imong ma spend na calories sa unsa nga activities and pila ka calories and food na imong kikaon. Hehe but if you would not want this puydi ra gihapon dli. Mas ganahan lang ko kay may sakto ang akong diet.

    No it won't!!! Pepsi/coke, all the same. End of story, the only way you will lose weight from doing this is by your teeth falling out with the amount of sugar you will be consuming!! Eat properly, 5/6 meals a days, drink lots of water, exercise properly/clever, sleep, it's all you need.

    Hey u dnt need to do it evryday, i just said once , hangtod mo sakit na imo tiyan. once mo sakit na gani
    imo tiyan nad u get sick, ur appetite will loos.

    One tip also, always drink water wen ur hungry "DRINK WATER EVERYDAY not Milo"
    ikatulog na igka 1pm until ur stomach will loos attention of starving.

    hehehe IM NOT SAYING HERE STARVING TO DEATH, IM SAYING HERE STARVING
    TO LOOSE WEIGHT hehehe..

    trust me, im not lier, sometimes only...
