im not against this law just the libel part... kay klaro kay sinotto sa printed media... oopppsss
once it will pass. someday it will shutdown istorya coz of some silly poster.
Aside from libel, if you knew that the whole Revised Penal Code was inserted on this law and the penalty is 1 degree higher, you'll be scared. Plus forced takedown. Double jeopardy.

in fairness to these politicians, they never mention of libel in the bill. kaboang ra ni Sotto ang insertion sa libel clause diha sa cybercrime law.
