sa counter-insurgency dili na mawala ang military it will just simply shifted from offensive to defensive through auxilliary units like CAFGU... and also PNP man jud ang incharge jud sa insurgency and internal operation dili afp... in the absence of AFP usually ang SAF ang mopuli

you are missing the point dong.. if you are pertaining about ngano naa pay mga kumista? will blame it to abnoys mother nga gi legalize ang communism

btw... ang nahitabo sa mindanao is called secession and tribal conflict which the solution is with in their group na... afp is just in middle...

the aimed is not total eradication... but controlling and preventing... you cant kill all the pest unless you nuke the entire country... the pest will just die slowly when support for them stopped... counter insurgency has no time or deadline its a long tedious process that takes years... as long as naay mga left wing group nga mang lawgaw... diskarel jud na pirmi...

if you want political will... illegalize communism...

there is money in insurgency sa side sa mga rebelde... common sa mindanao nga this people are even hired to kill other people...

ist not a matter of who's in-chrage its matter of programs that will continuously develop communities that is affected by insurgency if we want to win their hearts n minds...hence political will is needed.

if we can control and prevent them, then certainly we can eradicate them. diba?
