before we resort to ridiculous, absurd, and very expensive solutions which later on turns into liabilities financially, let's look at some very few things that could make a lot of difference, things that would entail very minimal cost.

3.) fix those damn traffic lights. naay uban traffic lights nga pwerteng dalia lang sa green signal then dugay ang red which builds up traffic.

4.) disiplina ug common sense. which is very and i think the most important. for private vehicles, nganong moagi pa man sa mga traffic congested areas? para makatipid ug gas ug di na motuyok? daghan kaayo ug alternative routes which might take a little longer pero makalessen sa traffic. other than that, kung di man lang kaayo kinahanglan, pagcommute na lang para -1 ang sakyanan sa traffic. this goes to students and people who go to work nga trabaho ug balay ra ang destination. why use a car kung trabaho/eskwela ug balay ra ang adtoon? save it for the weekend nga less ang mga sakyanan.
