yep i checked on it. they totally got it wrong!

im not sure if im promoting pirated windows 7 here in fact i am encouraging those who are using pirated software to convert and get legitimate ones for windows 8. why cant everyone accept piracy is prolific here in our country? is it fair enough to be given an infraction just because you want everyone to go legitimate?

im sure microsoft knows about it that pirated windows 7 gets to upgrade to 8 and im sure also this is not a loophole. this may be their way of encouraging others to go legit. they know they cant kill piracy and for them to get at least the acceptable share, they offer these low prices and forgives those who are using pirated windows. if they are lenient on this, maybe the mods here in istorya should do the same and be open minded that somehow, my intention is for everyone to go for legitimate software.

in my post i didnt say "get pirated win7 and upgrade to win8". totally bizarre. i am encouraging instead to go legitimate. is it that hard to understand that somehow i have no intention or i am not promoting piracy here?? mods are just itching to click that infraction box.

well mods are mods.... you can haggle to them and asked them due reasons about the violation...

i think the basis of sanction "think" lang nako ha, is that you mention man gud piracy... its i forbidden to discuss any piracy thingy diri... we all have our own definition of piracy some its called sharing, some call it illegal... either way mods rajud ang maka hatag ug katin-awan ana... however i remember one time during the launch office 2000 many years ago sa waterfront... one store diri sa pinas offered to make the pirated application into a legitimate one by getting the license minus the installer.... actually i did posted here if MS would consider it, baligya lang ang license... kay boot hunahunaon ang naka mahal baya jud kini bayang license... but i never suggested getting the pirated thou...

had a talk with a MOD. such a rude person. merits unbecoming of being a gentlemen and a MOD. our conversation went sour and i was just stating my plea and case. he blew his top. cursing the hell out of me. ARE THESE THE TYPE OF MODS ISTORYA HAVE?? telling me to **** OFF and everything?? does pleading a case merit that person to tell me go **** OFF?? shame on this MOD...

will try that.. and i hope beor sees to it this gets some attention. the last time i pmed him for other reasons still it fell on deaf ears. we only have the computer to do communication and still this MOD has the nerve to say **** OFF?? grabe. wako ka tuo. in the first place its not my intention to get that infraction.
