Fitness First have nice equipments, good group exercise, nice place very spacious...pero gi patay ka sa imong credit card..hehehe

Right now, i enrolled sa Metro Sports...no hassle..just pay them P4,500 cash, and its an annual membership na...P4,500 is like 2 months lang sa Fitness First.

you know what's wrong with there system? di unta credit card ila ipa bayad nato coz hasul kau nya daghn kau posiblity nga di ma cut ang contrct.. mao na wa jd ko ni enroll dha sa fitness kay pugsanay of minimum of 3months dw...

Hello guys!

By the way, I'm Sam Valdez! I'm working currently in Fitness First Cebu as a Membership Consultant. I heard all these things when I was still on my first month as MC.....As what I've noticed with my colleagues, they really make "HAOSIAO" things regarding with this one because of the quota. I may say all problems really started on how the MC explain everything to prospective members. For me, and from my experience as well, I always see to it that I explained everything clearly and correctly to them so as not to hear bad comments from them and I don't want them to hate me as well just because of the service they got from the company. My members and I were all friends and I even thanked them cause they are not only a member to me...a trustworthy friend as well. That is why I was once reprimanded by my manager because Im always at the gym talking to my members instead of calling for clients to be a part of the club. Feel free to comment Fitness First and I will heartily approach our superiors regarding your complains.
