What's an enkanto??

ENGKANTO - The word engkanto is frequently used in the tagalog dialect. It usually means a being that guards nature that can be malevolent or benevolent.

But if we will analyze, it was really used to mean an enchantment. Engkanto is quite spanish in sound. So it may be a spanish word for enchantment.

So it would be correct to interpret the phrase "Na-engkanto ka" as "You were enchanted" or "You are affected by an Engkanto".
