Agree jud ko nimo, bro.

It's been many many years since it has been a requirement for business establishments to provide parking/delivery areas.

For those who just wail about how bad the CITOM is for towing away their vehicles, look at the video again. Of three lanes, just two parked vehicles are blocking ONE ENTIRE LANE. Those vehicles who could just go straight on the leftmost lane have to turn right, not an easy thing to do in traffic. The drivers in the middle lane are inconvenienced, because they have to give way to the drivers forced to avoid the parked vehicle, the drivers in the middle have to turn to the right, INCONVENIENCING the drivers on the rightmost lane. It's not just one lane's traffic that's disrupted, it's THE ENTIRE ROAD'S. Seems to me many people were inconvenienced just for the convenience of one driver.

The purpose of towing the vehicle is not just to punish the driver, it is also to CLEAR THE ROAD so that all the other drivers can use it safely. Tag-iya na diay to sa dalan ang ga park?

1. Make Driver's License renewal more expensive
2. Make Car Registration renewal more expensive
3. Make violation penalty more expensive
4. Vehicle model more than 5 years should not accepted for renewal
5. Surplus, 2nd hand or used, low end vehicles should be stop selling

I think this ir enough to clear the roads.

Good idea! However, a proper mass transportation system must be established. Wala pa gani to'ng BRT na implement. But in the future, if the BRT turns out to be an efficient system, why not? Hangtud karon, we still rely on jeepneys.

We should also make considerations for those who need private transportation: handicapped, etc.

Even now, jeepneys still stop in the middle of the road. Unya ganahan pud sila mo pick up ug pasehero sa ilawm sa overpass/flyover na pwerteng peligroha sa aksidente both for the passengers and the merging traffic. Not to mention ni block pajud sila sa traffic defeating the purpose of the overpass.

I would rather ang condition sa vehicle mo'y basis. Na-a jud mga old vehicles na pwerteng nindota ug condition. Not to mention vintage and classic cars. Siguro pareho og system sa emissions testing.
