It has also been debated that onpage optimization is dead... is it true?
and if not... which is better? onpage or offpage?

YOu can rank a site even without proper onpage optimization. Optimizing it is taking no chances But its not dead. I mean whats the use of the site crawlers if its dead?

Happy New Year people. I am the TS but I haven't checked out this thread in so long. I have been doing some SEO support for an Australian company in the hotel industry since but this year, I will be doing something else ( still in the travel industry ). I will continue with online work as a hobby though kai medyo addicting gyud ni ang SEO. I have learned a lot from my SEO work in 2010. They taught me top quality SEO strategies and I hope to learn more from whoever is willing to teach. Count me in for future classes!

I will try to read what I have missed so far.

just buy a .info domain which is only 2 a year and you can buy a cheap hosting in hostgator lol
but if I were you just buy a .com which is my preferred

hostgator is being usually used by those who have a website because it easy to used and friendy unlike the daddy hosting takes sometimes in everything you and its heavy.

you basically rent the domain for $10 per year but you still need to buy hosting which may cost $3-$10/month. depende. pero nagtry ko ug nexx ron. all in $10/year. so far so good. unlimited bandwidth and unlimited hosting. search lang nexx sa google. hehe.
