uhm not really.. actually im pro.. hehe.. its just that, even though i am a non-mason.. i feel that i cant keep my silence to the fact that at some point, the thread suggests the intrusion of some or particular religious concepts.. which i think we both would agree that it is a contrast to the concept of "universality and harmony".. abolishing the dream is abolishing freemasonry..

maybe, just maybe, so i may be right or wrong about what you're trying to drive at, mr.jx. i should beg forgiveness for sometimes having to include a little of some deemed religious concepts but let me assure you sir, that it is in no way trying to ridicule and humiliate religion, because believe me sir, i don't intend to do that. it was just supposed to be a harmless humorous banter and so i apologize. you're right, Freemasonry should not discuss particular religions (or even politics) to discourage biased opinions. but please understand also sir, that what i have posted here are MY OPINION ONLY and should NOT represent my Lodge, my Brethren, and Freemasonry in general. by the way, thank you for your post and i totally respect your views. Swami Vivekananda practiced the teachings of Freemasonry in his life. His writings reveal his exemplifying the principles of freemasonry. He was a noble son of the country, very respectable in life, was very useful to mankind and he was the brightest ornament of the Fraternity in India.

did you mean "excommunication from the church"? no, i'm not excommunicated. i don't think that still matters these days. some of the priests are professional enough to regard Freemasonry as just a fraternal organization and so have come to respect its members. and the Masons too, are cool with the priests. the key there is respect. we respect each other.
