    hi everyone,

this is my first post diri sa thread c",)
first fish was a 6-inch long freshwater goby i got off cagayan river (in cdo) way, way back when i was in elementary. after that i was hooked (hehe!) and fishing has remained one of my best-loved relaxation activities.

anyway, naka-try na ko ug fish didto sa dPond last weekend. and here is what i can share:
1, no parking and entrance fees
    2. cottage costs php250; floating cottage costs php300 (only 1) - whole day na ni
    3. bait cost is php1 (gamit nila kay nissin wafers na gibasa then formed into a fist-sized ball)
    4. hook, line, float costs php10 (if you bring your own, don't use a sinker)
    5. you can buy drinks (softdrinks, bottled tea/water, beer); they provide glasses
    6. you pay php196/kilo for milkfish (bangus); for other fish, they're free
    7. they will also give you a small amount of fish pellets to "seed" the water to bring in the fish c",)

fish size is 4 or 5 pieces to a kilo. me and my family were there around 3:30pm and stayed there for about
1.5hrs. we got 2 kilos of milkfish in all. i could have gotten a big one but it straightened out the hook and got away. i'll bring my own gear next time hehehe!

    overall, quite an enjoyable experience.
