if all or maybe some of us motorists would rally at the LTO/CITOM about this towing menace maybe we could stop this illegal towing of motorcycles and vehicles.

like we did last time of stoping the AO-2005-015 law. this was a law that almost all of motorcycle riding citizens was affected. we stopped this law from going into action because we did not like what the law stated.
