yes, pilates really works. there's this certain exercise just to shape up your tummy. just one exercise & it'll just take you 10 minutes to do it but you have to do it every morning after you wake up. you will see the result in just a few weeks as long as you're also determined. been doing it for 2 months already, now i have a flat tummy & a 24in. waist line![]()
one thing 4 sure, don't set/lay on bed after eating so that ur exercises and diets wont waste. and one thing more, about taking gem it's gud but f u stop it, not only ur tummy will go large/big....

1. discipline with the diet - i eat a lot of protein and couple it with low-glycemic carbs. but with my active lifestyle carbs is mostly due to need, i eat according to purpose, if i need fuel for workout il'l probably eat low-GI carbs, if i need to recover high-GI carbs then
2. exercise a lot - ideally i'm supposed to swim 6 days a week, i walk a lot, i do some calisthenics, i practice judo twice a week! hmm, keep it varied, that way you're gonna be looking forward to another activity every week.
3. healthy lifestyle - if you drink a lot, might as well lower your alcohol intake. alcohol has a higher caloric content than fat.
4. rest! - hmm, a lot of people don't like warming down. but think of it this way, how can you exercise well if your body cannot perform well because it is fatigued? hehe..
