Before I forget, same situation with Octagon…I initially had the impression that they have more branches so they might be a bigger company, so they must be selling their stuff if not at the same price, lower than the competition…do they have better warranty offers? Do they have good cx service… I once had this friend who had a bad experience with them, (that was back in bacolod)… he ordered a certain processor and the salesman that attended him called the supplier right then and there and confirmed that they have the proc model on stock and should be available 2 days for pickup, so they asked for a downpayment, which is of course an SOP maybe for orders not in the shop at that time, they even asked for my friend’s number in case any changes may come along about the order… we came back two days excited about the new proc we will be picking up, surprisingly they gave a totally different processor model, different from the one we originally ordered, we asked if we could change it but they wouldn’t allow it, well we got the proc anyway, just sold it a price cheaper to a friend and just forgot about it… so that is not good cx service for me…

OT (I think...) : I went to Octagon earlier to buy some ink for my printer. at first I was looking at the cashier side and tried to get attention from the cashier about the Brother Printer Ink since it was just near them... what happened? WALA KO TAGDA NILA! But to my surprise too... a guy who was standing far far away... I think it's where the couches are, ran towards me.. yes RAN towards me and assisted me with what I need. Very knowledgeable about the products too... took him about a minute or so he had all the ink type I needed. Sayang lang wala ko kabantay sa iya name...

Further more, I should say not all the people on any shop are rude... there are good salesman too. Well at least for me

djlim888 is right, Maybe it is just right to make an example for the good salesmen who are doing their job well, maybe if you like their service and are happy about it, telling their sup a quick commendation about it might make them fell better and do the same next time for other cx… I sometimes don’t mind paying extra for a good service anyway…

for me, worst ang Octagon. mahal kaau compared sa uban. wala sad klaro ilang mga taw diha. d ka pansinon. basin sa ilang kadak-on sa ilang shop mao ilang taw ky naglatagaw.

Octagon has some good stocks... but their prices are a bit stiff on most ends. But I do go there to check the latest laptops (most laptops are based SRP anyway).

Well, pwede r man dli nmo dal.on ang HDD, you just have to provide details. Like is it 2.5" or 3.5"... is it SATA or IDE?... those basic stuffs. If you don't know any of those, I think that's why the sales rep prompted you to bring it.

If you knew about these details, there's noone who's going to stop you from buying.

2 out of 6 ra ko gitagad sa PC quickbuys atung npalit qg parts para desktop ug netbook.
