Before I forget, same situation with Octagon…I initially had the impression that they have more branches so they might be a bigger company, so they must be selling their stuff if not at the same price, lower than the competition…do they have better warranty offers? Do they have good cx service… I once had this friend who had a bad experience with them, (that was back in bacolod)… he ordered a certain processor and the salesman that attended him called the supplier right then and there and confirmed that they have the proc model on stock and should be available 2 days for pickup, so they asked for a downpayment, which is of course an SOP maybe for orders not in the shop at that time, they even asked for my friend’s number in case any changes may come along about the order… we came back two days excited about the new proc we will be picking up, surprisingly they gave a totally different processor model, different from the one we originally ordered, we asked if we could change it but they wouldn’t allow it, well we got the proc anyway, just sold it a price cheaper to a friend and just forgot about it… so that is not good cx service for me…
