2.3% per month bro? or basin 2.3% per year na imo pasabot.
even if millions ang deposit nimo sa bank di na sila mo offer ug more than 4% per year unless mangayo ka, and even so, I seriously doubt mo offer sila beyond 10%.
equity funds have a conservative gain of average 12% long term.
last year 60% ang gain sa FAMI.

Computation of Time Deposits Interest:
Let's say Bank offers initial deposit of Php 10,000.00 in Time Deposit. Tenor is 30 days. Tenor is the maturity period of time deposit. Interest rate, let's say 1.250 percent per year. To compute time deposit, use this formula
Interest Income = Initial Amount x Interest rate x (Tenor/365) * 0.80
Some banks use 360 days to compute interest rate in a year.
About 0.80:
You also need to consider the 20% withholding tax charged on interest income from time deposits. This is represented by the “0.80″ in our formula above, which means, we are getting 80% of the total interest only, because we deducted the 20% withholding tax.
Interest Income = Php 10,000.00 x 1.25% x (30/365) x 0.80
Interest Income = Php 8.22
Php 8.22 is the interest income in 30 days.
Total = Php 10,008.22.

Nakahibalo ko sa computation sa TD kay naa man sad ko account sa TD and nagsearch sad ko bahin sa computation. LOLz
I opened an account sa TD for my project. It's a short term investment/savings. LOLz

Ka LOLz baya ani oi annual diay ang figure gihatag nila. Aadtoon nako para klaro. Ready nata ko mag set-up ug account.

annual jud na bai hehe
kay if dili, manira sila ug sayo kay mas kusug pa motubo ang client's accounts kaysa ila investments.
a good percentage of their investments are also in mutual funds kay liquid man.
so mahulog ang bank imo middle man sa mutual funds.
eliminate the bank and invest in mutual funds direct aron imo jud tanan gains.![]()
