And maybe they are already legalized in some informal way becauase we can see some that are openly doing it and barfining the dancers, taking them to hotels and home yet the establishment still exists and you can even see a few public officials visit them as well as the police.
I agree but there are still 2 sides to the coin. we have to chose one. many of us tend to stay on the grey area for safety reasons and ganahan lang sadOriginally Posted by giddyboy
giddyboy, you're so engrossed with these morality issues and perspectives.that's radical feminism...

i gather from giddyboy's previous posts that he is anti legalization of prostitution. are you, giddyboy?

here's something on the liberal feminism side.
This article is from Sara Mackenzie, an ex-prostitute who is currently a writer and researcher. She says prostitution is morally neutral.

here's another one that centers on morality vs. reality, i think somehow similar to liberal feminism.

you mean you're against?yup...unless somebody convinces me otherwise...
yes, i am against legalizing it here in the phils., based from my personal morality perspectives, and given from my critical, logical, and analytical thinking that it will not be in favor to our present time, place, and culture (but still, i could be wrong)...and this is not to dictate what is my right and what is my wrong. there is no universal morality, and nobody is the owner of moral authority, not even the church.[br]Posted on: January 14, 2008, 10:25:32 PM_________________________________________________Originally Posted by maia21
yeah, i tend to agree on that part but it i think it is not always for safety reasons or ganahan lang sad. i think the gray area is sometimes given in order for a person to think again, study and re-evaluate...pero di lang ko sure ani ha.Originally Posted by pijavier

I dont need to be the number customer the moment will be legalized . been there and done that . Ive been to probably most of the red light disctricts half of the world .
I rest my case .. most of the issues are already discussed . Arguments are now rising because one cant just agree with personal point of views and some also thinks just because it crosses their their opinions and it doesnt favor them , they think they are right and the reast of the world are wrong . LOLZ ... yeah right !!

We will see what happens and how it goes but first it has to be legalized then another uproar from the Cathlic community will be heard.
