its not a question of kinsa highest paid call center.. are u fit for the job? then why not apply.. if u get job offer then, read the contract.....wether etelecare, convergy's or wipro and etc......if your not fit for the job..then ur no good.dont other to apply....people would say cvg is the highest paid against etel...
granting its true...
cvg offers 16k for nebies thats with allowance vs. etels 13.5k basic + 3000 allowance..
looking at this perspective: i would say cvg offers a bigger deal...
in the long run...at cvg when you get regularized after 6 mos.. you stay at 16k.. where as in etel...ur basic becomes 15k, not cons are sidering your allowonce..thats exclusive of overtime.. as far as i know... etel agents are paid P100/hr... cvg its OT.y. in call center industry...you dnt compete with others.. u have ur own targets.. if u meet it then..u move
up and ur pay is increased.....what am trying to point out is that... looking at the salary wont tell u whose the best center....look at the entire company package then try to forsee, what happens to you after 3 yrs...then if u say... cvg is good then go for it......its a choice u have to make...
i envy people working in a call center but i gues am not just fit for the job... its what i would call a good job.. every minute is counted till you log out..compared to any other jobs.. 3 hours chit chat...and 4 hours actual work...
