Should newbies be disallowed to post under buy/sell and pm access?

ako for one would agree that there must be some certain qualifications or rules for newbies to adhere and follow before they can post their wares off the buy & section page...

they must prove their mettle first by showing to their fellow istoryans that they can be trusted and if they are worthy of their merits..

let's say recommendations for some of the junior/senior/elite/CIA members... if they are highly recommended.. then why not..

I know it's kind of unfair to those newbies here who doesnt have any links,connections or friends.. but I think..this is what ISTORYA is all about right? this website is founded for the purpose of making and having friends... the more they visit and make friends here.. the more they can be recommended by their fellow istoryans.. istoryans who have already gone pass and in proving themselves here before....

Well, what can I say? I'm a newbie and because of some (evil) newbies, I cant sell my stuff here, at least not yet.

there is one non-newbie who ito quote you is "evil". evil in the sense that he is misleading his buyers that he is selling original items by claiming he's got orig items on hand. i don't mind those sellers who are selling imitations so long as they are in honest admit it.

i suggest to also expand the legitimacy of the transaction not only to the newbie but to everybody as well.

But we cannot denied na mayroon talaga.

Di lang mga newbie ang gumagawa nito,diba?please donot be offended sa iba members..

30 posting is very easy to make...

So kung newbie,i dont think so that would be very effective.Let think as a whole.

Why not report to moderators any violations you encountered.
Why not set karma..
Why not warned newbie if you feeled that they offended you or they made mistake not following guidelines...


Hope moderator will be more considerate.Sa lahat naman ng mga members,magtulungan tayo to make this site very good.You that the entire world view this site,(hindi nga nila maintindihan).
Because this site prove what a Cebuano Can Do.

I am a newbey in this forum nevertheless I think I deserve to know the nature of the forum itself ..
