I just came back (literally today,08262007) from Hidden Paradise with my Honey and we find it a nice place to stay.
Overall comment : It's quite and cool place. It has it's own way of making you stay enjoyable and yet relaxing not found in other resorts. We stayed there for a night. We rented Native Cottage #1. I loved it one reason is because it's very near the pool. Food is great and the price is affordable. We rented the native cottage for the night and we love it. The cottage is only 800 pesos with its own rest room. Also. the employees are very accommodating. It's about 5 kms from the highway/main road and part of the road going there is somewhat rough for a car but passable. You just have to be patient and be very light on the accelerator. But, if your bring with you a van, pickup or a multicab I'm sure you won't be bothered about it.
if your looking for a cool place to unwind, relax , have fun with a swimming pool which is not so far from the city with a cool and affordable food and accommodation, this place should be one of your list. I would highly recommend this place and for me it's worth giving it another visit.
Suggestions: I went there using my car (it's actually a galant with 17-inches tires) and the road is passable but I admit I have to go up there very carefully as there were parts of the road should I say not car friendly. If you're going there using a pick-up, van or multicab I think you won't be bothered by the road condition. It' would be nice if the road especially near the entrance will be asphalted or if not even leveled because it's kinda rough for a car. Also, if you could provide even small cabinets on the cottages (atleast on the native cottage) that would be great. Also, a ping-pong table (with paddles and ball of course) I think would add enjoyment in the area. Flowers would also make the place more attractive. A bigger signage would also help.
Other than that, I find the place great and would definitely go back there.
