Did that towing crew that ran off with a motorist's girlfriend on their truck ever get prosecuted?

I've heard that some of these crews don't even bother to look for the owners of vehicles about to be towed (which they are required to do). I have also heard that they have even damaged vehicles. Does anyone have any recent news on such incidents?

It's been many many years since it has been a requirement for business establishments to provide parking/delivery areas.

For those who just wail about how bad the CITOM is for towing away their vehicles, look at the video again. Of three lanes, just two parked vehicles are blocking ONE ENTIRE LANE. Those vehicles who could just go straight on the leftmost lane have to turn right, not an easy thing to do in traffic. The drivers in the middle lane are inconvenienced, because they have to give way to the drivers forced to avoid the parked vehicle, the drivers in the middle have to turn to the right, INCONVENIENCING the drivers on the rightmost lane. It's not just one lane's traffic that's disrupted, it's THE ENTIRE ROAD'S. Seems to me many people were inconvenienced just for the convenience of one driver.

The purpose of towing the vehicle is not just to punish the driver, it is also to CLEAR THE ROAD so that all the other drivers can use it safely. Tag-iya na diay to sa dalan ang ga park?

why do people park illegally?

again ang issue ani would always go back to the OBO (office of the Building Official). nganu dli man i require and strictly implement the rule na all establishments should have a sufficient parking space. wla gyud kay ang mga taga OBO pa bayad rman pud! di man gani mo check, or kung mo check gani pa andam daan ug lechon manok or 2 kilo inasal baboy!

e stop na lang na ang towing pa issue na lang unta na ug ticket right away..same ra man gihapon..ma tow ug kausa dili man gihapon mag tagam ang na tow..mo balik ra man gihapon ug illegal parking didto lang gihapon sa area kung asa sila na tow..ticketan nimo or towingon nmo pareha ra..
