the intent is actually for the people to be conscious when they are in that situation. Not all times are the police available for rescue. Most of the times, there are always victims. So it is up to the people to defend themselves. They dont necessarily have to kill to defend themselves. THe important thing is to prevent those things from happening, know what to do in case that happens and prepare for consequences in case matters come to worst.

for example, you are now in a situation of a person with the intent of murder...
what can you do? you don't say that we wait for us to be a victim them have the law resolve it.

I really have mixed emotions in this issue. You know not all criminals are born bad, IF only we have some sort of a disciplinary area to discipline them until mabuutan gyud
