Did you know that most of the roads in the major countries does that?
It's called Asphalt Overlay to have a smooth ride since concrete roads needs to have gaps for "temperature" changes but causes unusual sounds and bumpy rides.

The correct process is to lay concrete then overlay with asphalt (cold or hot process).
But in RP due to budget constraint, asphalt deretso. Resulta ... kadali ra mag lubak-lubak.

sa tinuod lang, thats the way it should be. dapat ang outerlayer kay ang asphalt man gyud aron if mabuak ang ispalto.dali ra ma replace. by standards dapat man gyud siminto ang ilalom then ispalto sa babaw. daghan lang gyud kurap sa atoa nga nahan sila kanunay maguba ang dalan aron naa silay makurakot pirmi.

In Talisay area, the asphalting work is kinda fast.
In Cebu City area, near Kawit, I'm not pretty sure now if they're going to repair the whole portion of damaged roads there
I think they were just working a small portion for something. If going to Cebu City, it's on the right-most portion of the road.
There are big equipment parked.
I think they are, what do you call that one, digging or scraping the road?.....
But since yesterday, only a small portion is affected.

Hope they will really repair the roads (going to and from Cebu City)...

sad to say still not earning pa ang SRP karon.

they should've done what the Provincial government had done. ila butangan ug temporary establishments nga maka earn ug income while ni mature pa ang property.

before IT Park had The Village which was placed to generate income para mo cover sa maintenance cost.

the point is.. making the property in higher value. putting up ugly buildings all around it tends to loose the point. look what happened sah north reclamation. napuno ug bodega.

actually the city government admitted their mistake on it. that is why they are rectifying it sa SRP much like what the provincial government did to CBP and IT Park.

sa North Recla Road gud ila man gibaligya ang lots, so ang nahitabo ang mga buyers nag hoarding lang then nag wait mosaka ang market value sa lots then they would resale it. until such time nga sige paabot sige paabot hangtud walay kalambuan.

sa SRP what they did, ila gi lease ang lots. so if ikaw ang buyer, your paying for a lease dili gyud ka mopaabot nga musaka ang market value sa lot kay sige gud ka bayad imo gyud na develop.

big mistake gyud nuon ilang business model regarding North Recla. tsk.tsk. daghan pud kaayo naka kurap anang lugara oi.

RAMA needs to use the city cops sa SRP...
kada adlaw ko agi SRP, nag-ubay2x nang tawo diri...para raman ta na sa sakyanan...

new things observed under rama:
- mga tawo from carbon area, manglabang sa underpass/tunnel padung sa dagat...
- mga batang hamog, mag-tambay sa pasil area...dili sa pasil, pero sa SRP tungod sa pasil...this is a concern sa mga motorista...
- lately, naa nay mag-jogging...wow...

they can do that...pero we need new laws decriminalizing drivers who run over these people...OR...simply, i-strikto lang ang balaod parehas panahon ni samoT nga way maka-lapas sa kadalanan sa SRP...

not siding tomas...pero it's observable lang...
