Should newbies be disallowed to post under buy/sell and pm access?

If majority of the newbies don't stop thread crapping or hijacking in the Buy & Sell boards, I will be taking away the reply privilege. When that happens, all newbies can do is just browse thru those boards. This isn't what I want, but if it takes such a move to have that place more organized I will do it. Learn to respect others.

up for this suggestion...there's no hassle in posting 30x if u r really interested of pursuing something u badly need (posting in buy/sell section in this forum; if selling/buying is ur ultimate purpose in joining this forum)....there's plenty of opportunities to easily make 30posts if ur really interested and respect in following the rules of the forum or u can easily avail of the paid subscriptions....instead of yakking "why can't I not post", why don't we find the solution of our problem instead of calling the attention of the mods who are busy in their personal lives!

Kanang uban mosakay sa post ninyo unya kung unsa inyong gi post iya ng palabwan di ba makadaut sad na sa inyong part?If they want to be known,dapat mag sacrifice pud sila ug post pirme para motaas pa ang ilang staus.By the way dli sad na discrimination on their side kay kitang tanan dha man ta naggikan sa pagka newbie.The main purpose of this rule is to safeguard the transaction between the buyer and seller.
