mahimo ba dha sa Cebu? pwede kung naa lay political will cguro...

will is not enough if the location is not enough.... ok ra if naay pay space... kay political will would suffice... its nice to see other places to have better infrastructor... but using them to compare to our situation is wrong... those places implemented strict compliance to urban development... where as diri sa pinas... urban development is not even on the vocabulary on most filipinos... relevancy to our situation is important before we could compare them... or else its just apples to oranges..

before unta tukuron o mhuman ang 3rd bridge which is kanang g buhat mag sumpay sa cordova ug SRP,, dapat palapdan usa ang circumferential road sa lapu2x,, mo huot pag au ang trapiko dha.. bsn 4 lanes lang.. ang kalsada dha sa mepz 1, 4 lanes, lagpad pa kaau inig abot sa gate 5 dapit dha smy ibo bgy hall.. bottleneck na.. balik 2 lanes.

dugay raman nang gisugdan diri palang mercado padung cordova... sige naman gani ang naka parat lang daghan mga balay wala ni pahawa... usa na amo mga siligan nga nag paugat kay pabayad silag dako...

Pwede man diay magtupad ang bridges pareha sa Mananga. Maayo pa ug taparan ang 1st bridge para one bridge for each direction na diha. hehe
