youre right bro... if only the church could be more open on birth control and all dat stuff... our country would not be overpopulated. proper *** education is the best solution.
Well, what is morally right obviously prevails over effectiveness. The Church could never be and ought never be open to birth control, which really means "Less birth and no control", or is it "No birth and no control" nowadays?
And what is your basis for what is "morally right"?

If morally right means bringing children out into the world only to allow them to eat and live off mounds of garbage and forage in the streets then I'll take immorality anytime.

Compare that to what people like you probably consider to be the "immoral" West where condoms are dispensed from machines. What I see is a more just society where the majority of children have access to resources that could allow them to be everything they could be.

So many have suffered in the name of organised religion.

The 20th century is the bloodiest period in the history of human civilization than all the other periods combined, certainly far greater than all the religious wars combined thanks to Darwin, Freud, Marx and the like. Dare to examine the evidence? Oh, I'm sorry, I'm supposed to be right until you prove me wrong.

It is the bloodiest period because the technology for killing has vastly improved in the last 1000 years with most of these leaps in technology happening in the 20th Century.

Religious inspired violence, on the other hand, is a constant in history. It's always been there and will always be there as long as there are ignoramous people who simply soak them all up rather than intelligently regard them with critical minds.

Of course, when such technology should have been use to cure and save more lives. Rid religion and you will still have violence, magnified greatly-- especially when "ignoramuses no longer soak up to Religion and intelligently regard it with critical minds." After all, the whole mess started with the period of the "enlightening" Enlightenment.

blaming others for one's own incapacity is fun to hear; the church for overpopulation and the government for poverty.
    WATCH YOUR ATTITUDE!

Correction dude. The Enlightenment was a recovery from the Dark Ages. That's where the real mess was. And guess what institution was in the middle of that huge mess. You guessed it. The Church -- which was busy burning books and people at the stake and launching "crusades".

Such ignorance. Far many more books and people have been burned by so-called "enlightened" regimes. And they too made the mistake of blaming religion for just about anything under the sun. Like you.

And up to now you still have not presented anything to substantiate your charges. Oh, but wait, as per your reasoning, you are a liar, theif, and child molester. Guess that explains it!

Since I mentioned bening0's use of the logical error known as a FALSE DILEMMA, here is the definition:
    Code:
    Definition:
A limited number of options (usually two) is given, while in reality there are more options. A false dilemma
is an illegitimate use of the "or" operator.

Putting issues or opinions into "black or white" terms is a common instance of this fallacy.

    Examples:
      (i) Either you're for me or against me.
(ii) America: love it or leave it.
(iii) Either support Meech Lake or Quebec will separate.
(iv) Every person is either wholly good or wholly evil.
So that makes at least two glaring uses of such errors on his part. The first was an Argument from Ignorance (argumentum ad ignorantiam).

But then the ignorance goes farther than that, apparently.
