How are we sure na dunay "bad record" ang gipang tipi?

And conversely, how do we exactly know na wa say "bad record" ang gipangtira ug hired killers? Not specifically pointing to the victim in this article pero those who are breaking the law will hide whatever illegal activities they are doing...

Like for example, that woman who was also shot in the face about a or two month ago na initially the motive was unknown... pero it turned out she was selling drugs (not shabu, the other one. I forget the name) and gi-tumbling daw niya iyang supplier.

I hate criminals pero I would also hate na naay matipi tungod lang kay pareho ug panagway sa criminals.

Again, not saying that the victim in this article does, pero with this kind of instant justice there will be instances of gipang-tipi na way record tungod kay wa pa nadakpi...

How do you guys categorize a "gun for hire" hit as opposed to a "vigilante hit"? Categorically, if ang gipusil way record sa pulis then sa tinuod big-time drug pusher diay siya then makaingon ta na gun for hire hit ni kay wa may record.

Pero again how would you know just by looking at the dead body on the street? And what if kaila ninyo ang gipusil and it turns out mistaken identity diay?

Do we say this is the work of vigilantes kay duna man jud silay bad record?

What if gitipi ni sila sa ila ra sad kauban or kompetensya?

based on the initial report wai bad record ang babaye... so possible nga gun for hire lang... kay basin personal grudge ang hinungdan ana...
