i think tracing IP's are effective sa lain nasod ra.. kay since dri sa pinas most user are using Dynamic IP which is changeable anytime. so useless ghpon ni nga tips kay if mkuha nimo iya IP address inig search nimo mogawas ana kay Makati, Philippines jud na if Globe (globe user ko) pero ambot lng sa PLDT ha..
